This Monin strawberry bonbon syrup is made using only natural fruits, nuts, spices, water and sugar and can be used in a wide variety of hot and cold drinks. Monin flavouring syrups are popular in coffee, hot chocolate, cocktails, shakes, smoothies and more. Ingredients: Sugar, water, flavouring, concentrated strawberry and other fruit juice, acid: citric acid, colour: E129. Strawberry juice: 13%.

Storage: Once opened syrups should be stored in a cool place, out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources like boilers or stoves. Syrup pumps should be washed or sterilised with baby milk bottle cleaner prior to first use and when moving from one bottle to another.
