Routin Apple Flavouring Syrup (1 Litre)

This gorgeous Routin 1883 apple syrup is presented in a 1 litre glass bottle.

Philibert Routin 1883 gourmet syrups are famous throughout the world for their quality and flavour. Approved by the Vegetarian Society and certified Kosher, these syrups are also gluten and cholesterol free. A great range of accessories is also available including branded glasses, stirrers and syrup bottle stands.

This flavour will mix with cold milk (for hot milk drinks, add the syrup to the cold milk and then heat or steam to avoid curdling). Average servings per litre are 125 shots when mixed with hot drinks, and 63 for cold drinks (based on an 8oz cup).

Cane sugar, water, apple juice from concentrate (10%), acidifier: citric acid, flavouring, colouring: E150a

SWEET APPLE MOCHA

Ingredients
 
1/3 oz (1 cl) 1883 Caramel syrup
1/6 oz (0.5 cl) 1883 Cinnamon syrup
1/6 oz (0.5 cl) 1883 Apple syrup
1/3 oz (1 cl) 1883 Chocolate syrup
8 oz (24 cl) cold milk
1 espresso
 
Instruction
 
Add the syrups to the milk and froth it.
Pour the espresso into a 12 oz (36cl) glass.
Add the flavoured milk and stir.
