Routin Cherry Flavouring Syrup (1 Litre)

This gorgeous Routin 1883 cherry syrup is presented in a 1 litre glass bottle.

Philibert Routin 1883 gourmet syrups are famous throughout the world for their quality and flavour. Approved by the Vegetarian Society and certified Kosher, these syrups are also gluten and cholesterol free. A great range of accessories is also available including branded glasses, stirrers and syrup bottle stands.

This flavour will mix with both hot and cold milk. Average servings per litre are 125 shots when mixed with hot drinks, and 63 for cold drinks (based on an 8oz cup).

Cane sugar, water, fruit juice from concentrate 17%  (cherry 10%, elderberry), acidifier: citric acid, flavourings.

Choco Cherry Latte

Ingredients
 
1/2 oz (1.5 cl) 1883 Dark Chocolate Sauce
1/2 oz (1.5 cl) 1883 Cherry syrup
Double Espresso
10 oz (30 cl) milk
 
Instruction
 
Pour the sauces and syrups in a glass.
Add the espresso and mix well.
Top with the hot milk.
Decorate with a drop of Dark Chocolate sauce.
