This very high-scoring microlot is grown at altitudes of over 2000m before being "fully washed" to further improve clarity and allow the origin flavors of this complex coffee to come through. With an immediate aroma of jasmine, the vibrant apricot and blackberry swiftly follow, before trailing off into a maple syrup aftertaste.
In a recent cupping session, this stood out as a particularly delicious coffee, one that we knew we had to have! Not only does this coffee taste great, but 10% of all the funds the producer receives for their coffee go straight back to supporting the local community’s schools and health centres.
Carefully hand-roasted by our in-house roasters to the lighter side of a medium roast, we then pack it into resealable and recyclable packaging fitted with one-way valves to ensure your coffee is always as fresh as it can be!
