Where do you deliver to?

With the exception of some specified items that are delivered free, and some small lightweight items that are delivered at a discount price, our delivery prices are flat rates and don’t increase with the weight of the order.

The rates for deliveries to Scotland are based on postcodes as we use a national courier for all deliveries. You will be asked to confirm your postcode at the checkout and the rate will be calculated in your shopping basket. Most Scottish postcodes are classed as lowlands by our couriers except for those in Highlands, Islands and some outlying areas where they charge a higher rate.

Most regions qualify for free delivery when your shopping basket reaches a certain value, as follows:

Is there anything else I should know?

We aim to provide a prompt delivery service. All orders will be delivered to the address given at the time of ordering. Any change to the delivery address may result in a delay in delivery and an additional cost.

Orders are delivered by a national courier service and must be signed for wherever possible. Delivery times are normally between 0830 and 1730. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept delivery of the goods. If you specify for the goods to be left safe without a signature anywhere at the delivery address, this is done at your own risk.

All deliveries are one man deliveries to ground floor level addresses and delivery charges are calculated on this basis. If you have any requirements over and above this you must notify us when you place your order in case an additional charge is to be incurred.

All goods become your responsibility once the delivery has been made to the delivery address on the order. We will accept no liability if the goods are not collected by you from the delivery address or where you have provided an incorrect address.

If there is any visible damage to the goods at the point of delivery you must make a note of this on the delivery note and you must also notify us immediately. In the absence of any comment on the delivery note it will be deemed that the goods were delivered in satisfactory condition.

You should report any damaged or defective goods to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will then arrange for the collection and inspection of the goods. Should our inspection confirm the damage or defect we will then either replace or fully refund the order at our discretion.

A1coffee cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage as a result of late or delayed delivery of the goods.
