Returns & Refunds For Items Not Required

We always include as much information about our products as possible on our website to enable you to make an informed decision and to ensure the items you purchase meet your requirements.

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your order. Should you wish to cancel your order please email us at admin@a1coffee.co.uk quoting your order number.

When returning items we recommend you use a courier or post by recorded delivery. We do not cover the return delivery costs.

All returned goods must be unused and unopened. We will issue refunds to the credit card or debit card used when the order was placed. We cannot refund delivery charges.

Returns & Refunds For Incorrectly Supplied Items

Should you receive incorrectly supplied goods, we will offer a prompt replacement, refund or alternative item to the same value. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods, quoting the order number, and we will arrange for the uplift of the incorrect goods and delivery of correct goods as soon as possible.

Defective or Damaged Goods

Upon receiving your goods, please ensure you inspect the packages prior to signing for delivery. Any visible damage whatsoever should be noted with the delivery driver and the delivery signed for as damaged. If inspection is not possible, then please ensure you sign for goods ‘unchecked’. We recommend sending a photo of damaged goods by email to admin@a1coffee.co.uk. This enables us to resolve your issue much quicker.

Damaged or defective goods should be reported to us with 24 hours of receiving the delivery, quoting your order reference number. We will arrange for the uplift and inspection of goods. Should we, upon receipt of the items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods.

Your Consumer Rights

Your Statutory consumer rights are not affected by any of the following store policies.

Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure.

This website uses the Mollie and Shopify Payments for credit card and debit card transactions, and we also accept PayPal. Some phone orders will be processed using WorldPay. All of these providers are industry leaders and provide the highest possible levels of data security.

Terms and Conditions

General

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts for the sale of goods or supply of services between A1 Coffee ("A1coffee") and our customers and set out the basis upon which A1coffee agrees to sell goods or supply services to our customers. You should read these terms and conditions carefully before you place your order. By placing your order you will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions and to be making an offer to purchase the goods or services subject to these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts for the sale of goods or supply of services by A1coffee to the exclusion of all and any other terms and conditions or representations including any verbal or written terms or conditions or representations however and by whomsoever made and supersede any other verbal or written terms and conditions or representations.

2). Ordering

By placing your order, it is understood you accept that these terms and conditions apply. No verbal quotation or estimate will be binding on A1coffee. All charges and prices will be subject to vat at the prevailing rate. A VAT invoice will be provided with the goods.

3). Availability

All goods displayed in our showrooms, brochures or on our website are subject to availability. If the goods you require are out of stock or are no longer available we may suggest alternatives.

4). Delivery

We aim to provide a prompt delivery service. All orders will be delivered to the address given at the time of ordering. Any change to the delivery address may result in a delay in delivery and an additional cost.

Orders are delivered by a national courier service and must be signed for. Delivery times are normally between 0830 and 1730. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept delivery of the goods.

All deliveries are one man deliveries to ground floor level addresses and delivery charges are calculated on this basis. If you have any requirements over and above this you must notify us when you place your order in case an additional charge is to be incurred.

If there is any visible damage to the goods at the point of delivery you must make a note of this on the delivery note and you must also notify us immediately. In the absence of any comment on the delivery note it will be deemed that the goods were delivered in satisfactory condition.

You should report any damaged or defective goods to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will then arrange for the collection and inspection of the goods. Should our inspection confirm the damage or defect we will then either replace or fully refund the order at our discretion.

A1coffee cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage as a result of late or delayed delivery of the goods.

Governing Law

This contract is subject to the law of England and Wales and is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

A1coffee will have no liability to you for any failure in supply or delivery of goods or services that is caused by any event or circumstance that is beyond our reasonable control including but without limitation war, flood, fire, industrial action or disputes.
