Java Caffe Ethiopian Sweet Berry Coffee (1kg)
This incredible coffee is grown at high altitude, then carefully picked and harvested by hand, by pickers who rotate among trees every 8-10 days, choosing only cherries that are deep red in colour. Hand packed in a high quality resealable bag with a one way valve to keep the contents fresh.
The exporter for this particular coffee also adds a premium, which goes straight back into the villages allowing them to build wells, and gain access to clean water.
We've chosen to roast this high scoring coffee to the lighter side of a medium roast, allowing the delicious origin flavours to shine through, whilst still being able to be drank however you wish.
