From the Clarke farm estate in the Kyenjojo District, comes this honey processed delight. With an SCA score of 86+, this exceptional coffee takes full advantage of the honey processing method, bringing watermelon and white wine flavours, backed up with a fudge like sweetness, creating a very well rounded final cup of coffee.
By carefully hand roasting this coffee to the lighter side of a medium roast, we can further highlight the attention to detail that was shown during the growing, and processing for this bean. Once skilfully roasted, we then pack this coffee into our recyclable, and resealable bags, fitted with one-way valves to lock in those flavours.
We hand roast this exceptional coffee every week, so you will always received freshly roasted artisan coffee beans.
