Part of their garden range, Simply Violet Syrup has a sweet floral aroma and flavour, plus a gorgeous vibrant colour. This syrup is great in refreshing Spring/Summer drinks like frappes, coolers, cocktails and lemonades, but it also works well as an additional flavour in winter warmers like a herbal tea.

Hosting a cocktail party? Try a violet and blackberry gin and tonic or a purple cosmopolitan! For guests staying on the side of soft drinks, try adding some purple power to a lemonade.

The 'Simply' range of natural flavouring syrups are suitable for vegetarians and are GM free. Made by the Italian Beverage Company, they are presented in 1 litre plastic bottles so you don't need to worry about breakages.

When used with the portion pump (available separately), each bottle contains approximately 125 shots.

Storage Instructions: Store in dry, cool ambient conditions, away from heat sources and odorous materials.

After opening: keep the container closed. Keep the cap area clean and free from syrup residues. Do not refrigerate – crystals may form in the liquid at low temperature.

Shelf life after opening: 12 months. Suitable for vegans.
