In 1905, Matilde Vicenzi opened a pastry shop on the outskirts of Verona, where she carefully made her biscuits and pastries with passion. More than a century later, Vicenzi cookies are still as delicious as ever – crisp and delicate, often packed with silky creams and jellies.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils (palm oil, sunflower oil), whole milk powder, glucose syrup, barn eggs, wheat starch, corn starch, butter, egg yolk powder, whey powder (milk), concentrated lemon juice in the cream 1%, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, maltodextrins, salt, raising agents: sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate, flavourings. May contain peanuts, soy.
