This 1883 Maison Routin 1883 Organic Blackcurrant Syrup is presented in a 1 litre glass bottle.

1883 Maison Routin gourmet syrups are famous throughout the world for their quality and flavour. Approved by the Vegetarian Society and certified Kosher, these syrups are also gluten and cholesterol free.

This flavour will mix with cold milk (for hot milk drinks, add the syrup to the cold milk and then heat or steam to avoid curdling). Average servings per litre are 125 shots when mixed with hot drinks, and 63 for cold drinks (based on an 8oz cup).

Ingredients: CANE SUGAR*, WATER, FRUITS JUICE FROM CONCENTRATE* 15% (BLACKCURRANT* 10%, ELDERBERRY*), ACID : CITRIC ACID, NATURAL BLACKCURRANT FLAVOURING.

Colour: Deep red

Palate: Generous, sweet and fruity blackcurrant, characteristic of a crème de cassis liqueur

Milk Advice: Mix with micro filtered milk only. Mix while cold and then heat.
