This gorgeous 1883 Maison Routin Yuzu Lemon syrup is presented in a 1 litre glass bottle and has a tangy aroma of fresh citrus fruit and strong notes of grapefruit and lime. Perfect for use in lemonades, iced teas, flavoured water, cocktails and liqueurs.

Yuzu is a hybrid lemon variety of mandarin orange and Ichang lemon, which is especially common in Japan and Korea, where it is very popular as a spice. It interprets the special sweet and sour taste of the Asian fruit authentically and at the same time in a completely new way. Calm mandarin flavours are refined by lively lemon undertones, resulting in a versatile and balanced ensemble of sweet and sour.

This flavour will mix with both hot and cold milk. Average servings per litre are 125 shots when mixed with hot drinks, and 63 for cold drinks (based on an 8oz cup).
