Puly Caff Descaler For Domestic Coffee Equipment

This excellent 'Puly Baby' descaler comes in handy one-use sachets and is very effective, especially on domestic machines where the boilers suffer from scaling and need to be descaled on a regular basis.

This Puly descaler should be used with caution on boilers made from aluminium, though it's fine if you don't leave it in there for too long.

Scale can cause major problems in coffee machines and they should be descaled every 12 weeks to avoid costly breakdowns. Directions For Use With Coffee Machines:

• Dissolve one sachet of Puly Baby Descaler into 1.5 litres of water
• Pour the solution into the machine's water tank
• Switch on the machine's pump until all the solution has been run through
• Rinse the water tank carefully
• Fill the tank back up with clean water
• Switch on the pump again until all the solution has been run through

Puly recommend that you perform this on a monthly basis.


Directions For Use With Boilers/heaters:

• Dissolve 1 sachet of Puly Baby Descaler into 1.5 titres of water
• Pour the solution into the machine water tank
• Switch on and heat up as normal
• Once it's fully heated up, switch it off
• Discard the solution carefully
• Rinse the water tank through completely

For customers using Nespresso machines, the manufacturer suggests the machines should be descaled twice a year or after every 400 cups of usage. If hard water is used, the frequency should be increased to at least 3-4 times a year.
