Monin Gourmet Vanilla Frappe Mix is designed to create the ultimate iced drink.

To make the perfect 12oz frappe, fill a cup with ice cubes and pour in 6oz (180ml) of cold milk (or fill half the cup). Transfer the contents of the cup to a blender with one scoop of Monin frappe mix, then blend until smooth and serve.

This flavour works brilliantly when combined with one of our range of syrups, so you can create a whole extra layer of flavour by adding another flavour. Frappes are now hugely popular in the UK thanks to some of the largest coffee store chains such as Costa Coffee.
