This smooth and refreshing Classic Ceremonial Matcha has a tender sweetness to it, making it suitable for a diverse range of palates. With each sip it delivers fresh vegetal character balanced by natural umami depth. 

It's versatility makes it ideal for crafting Matcha lattes and iced drinks that everyone will enjoy. 

How to use: Use one small scoop (approximately 1.5g) of Zuma Matcha and whisk with 30ml warm or cold water. Once mixed, top is with warm water (60 - 70°C) or steamed milk and adjust to your taste. 

Try a Matcha Lemonade: 

After mixing your 1.5g matcha with 30ml of water pour into a glass of ice and lemonade for a refreshing drink.
