Drink Me Chai Vanilla Chai Latte is a powdered blend of spices with natural vanilla flavouring, skimmed milk and sweetened black tea. It contains less than 1% caffeine, is Gluten Free and suitable for vegetarians. Drink Me Chai pairs fantastically well with a variety of milks including dairy, soya, almond and coconut. Perfect for any weather or season it can be prepared with a steam nozzle and decorated with vibrant latte art or enjoyed over ice as a vanilla iced chai latte.

Ingredients: Sugar, skimmed milk powder, vegetable coconut fat, dried glucose, black tea extract (2%), colouring (caramel), thickener (cellulose gum), Vanilla flavouring (0.6%) cinnamon (0.5%), caseinate, spices, stabiliser (E451), Natural flavouring. Gluten free. Contains milk.

Chai Latte : Put 3 teaspoons of Drink Me Chai Latte into a cup with hot water and stir well. For an extra creamy texture use half water and half hot, frothy milk.

Iced Chai Latte : Put 4 teaspoons of Drink Me Chai Latte into a blender. Add 300ml of cold milk and ice. Blend for 20 seconds. Serve in a tall glass.

Eat Me : Mix 1 tablespoon of Drink Me Chai power into 2 tablespoons of buttercream icing for an interesting delicious cupcake topping.
