Monin Mango Fruit Purée is the perfect way to prepare smoothies, milkshakes, cocktails, mocktails and much more. The mango is the apple of the tropics, and one of the most commonly eaten fruits in tropical countries around the world. Mangos are delicious simply peeled and eaten plain. Its pulp is juicy, distinctively flavoured, and seductively sweet with some notes of acidity. Harvested at maturity, the fruit used in this premium puree is absolutely ideal for use in cocktails, or poured over ice and blended for a refreshing fruit cooler.

Monin Purées are particularly popular for use in cocktail bars where they can be used in the preparation of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Also very useful in desserts and fruit coolers (this is the same puree that Costa Coffee use to make all of their fruit cooler flavours).
