Monin gourmet flavouring syrups are completely natural and made from only the very ingredients. This list of great syrup recipe ideas is only a small taster of some of the great hot and cold drinks you could be making with one of the world's most recognised brands of flavourings. We've given the recipe here for our favourite one for each flavour, so go ahead and create something special! Don't forget that these recipes will usually work just as well with other brands, so if you are buying Routin syrups, or Sweetbird flavouring syrups, you can still give these drinks a go. Also remember that citrus flavours such as lemon and grapefruit don't mix with milk - if you are looking for an orange syrup to mix with hot milk to make a hot chocolate orange, you'll need the Monin Orange Curacao flavour as this has been specially blended with this use in mind.

Almond Soda • 15 ml MONIN Almond syrup • 25 ml MONIN Glasco Lemon syrup • soda water Straight in a glass. Top with soda water. Stir.

Monin Amaretto Syrup Recipe


Amaretto Frappé • 25 ml MONIN Amaretto syrup • 2 tablespoons of instant coffee • 20 ml water • milk Pour coffee powder and water into a glass. Spindle mix or shake until mix foams. Add 2 cups of ice, complete with syrup. Top with milk.
