Java Caffe El Salvadoran Coffee (1Kg)

A delicious, and very special addition to our range, this high scoring micro-lot grown in the Apaneca Ilamatepec mountain range, brings lashings of forest fruit flavours, with a subtle background of red wine. Owned by the Salverria family, the Buena vista coffee is grown at the top of their farm, benefiting from the extra altitude and taking the best spot on their plantation, which is evident when you come to drink it.

By roasting this coffee to the lighter side of a medium roast, it really allows the origin flavours to shine through, highlighting those dark fruit and winey notes, and allowing the coffee to speak for itself.

Skilfully roasted by hand, then packed off into an attractive and functional bag, fully fitted with a one-way valve, and a resealing strip to keep your coffee fresh. As with all our in-house roasted coffees, the bag is also fully recyclable, so be sure to check your local recycling guidelines.
