Monbana Tresor de White Chocolate is a premium quality white hot chocolate that is extra thick, making it perfect for real chocolate lovers! Perfect for use either in catering applications or to enjoy at home, just add to hot steamed milk for a truly exceptional and indulgent thick hot drink. Monbana Tresor de White Chocolate contains a minimum of 40% cocoa powder, so it has a real chocolate kick, and with each tub making around 20 drinks (depending on dosage used), it's also very cost effective.

Each tub has a handy re-sealable lid that will keep the chocolate fresh for longer.

Ingredients: White Chocolate 40% (Sugar, Cocoa butter, full cream milk, skimmed milk) Sugar, Skimmed milk powder, modified cornstarch, thickening agent: carob flour, flavourings, colourings.

Directions For Use:

Add 1 scoop (20g-30g) of chocolate mix to 200 ml steamed milk. This product is also suitable for use in chocolate paddle machines.
