Monin Pineapple Fruit Purée is the perfect way to prepare exceptional smoothies, shakes, cocktails, mocktails and much more.

This deliciously tropical puree has a taste that conjurs up sunkissed beaches and palm trees, with the perfect amount of sweetness to make it the ideal base for a whole range of exotic drinks. It can be used to make Pina Coladas, Mojitos, iced teas, sodas and fruit smoothies.

Monin Purées are particularly popular for use in cocktail bars where they can be used in the preparation of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Also very useful in desserts and fruit coolers (this is the same puree that Costa Coffee use to make all of their fruit cooler flavours).

Supplied here in an attractive 1 litre bottle with a clever easy-pour spout to prevent mess and waste.
