Ingredients: Sugar, water, natural strawberry flavouring, concentrated lemon juice, natural flavouring, colour: E163, concentrated strawberry juice. Total fruit juice: 19%, including 13% strawberry juice.

Storage: Once opened syrups should be stored in a cool place, out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources like boilers or stoves. Syrup pumps should be washed or sterilised with baby milk bottle cleaner prior to first use and when moving from one bottle to another.

Usage Guide: Use 15-20ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe
