1883 Maison Routin French Vanilla Syrup (1 Litre)

This velvety smooth Routin 1883 French Vanilla syrup is presented in a 1 litre plastic bottle.

Philibert Routin 1883 gourmet syrups are famous throughout the world for their quality and flavour. Approved by the Vegetarian Society and certified Kosher, these syrups are also gluten and cholesterol free. A great range of accessories are also available including syrup bottle stands.

This flavour will mix with both hot and cold milk. Average servings per litre are 125 shots when mixed with hot drinks, and 63 for cold drinks (based on an 8oz cup).

Ingredients: Cane sugar, water, flavouring, natural vanilla flavouring, colouring: E150a.

Try this recipe out - SMOOTH ARAVIS

A frozen and delightful cocktail. A mix of milkshake, smoothie and batida.

Ingredients:

2/3oz. (2cl) 1883 French Vanilla syrup
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
1/2oz. (1,5cl) fresh lemon juice
2oz. (6cl) semi-skimmed milk
2oz. (6cl) cloudy apple juice

Instructions:

Please pay attention to the dosages because acid and milky products do not always mix well when the right dosages aren’t met.

Pour into a blender the ice cream, syrup, milk, apple juice and the fresh lemon juice. Add crushed ice and blend in order to obtain a homogeneous mixture with sorbet texture.
You may need to add some ice cream or crushed ice if the mixture does not set. Serve in a “Hurricane” glass 48cl
