Routin gourmet syrups and sauces are made in the French Alps using the finest possible ingredients. This lovely caramel sauce is perfect for use in hot drinks such as coffee, as a drizzle for desserts and much more. Reusable portion pumps are also available separately.

Please note that this sauce is for use primarily as a base for making hot drinks. Although it can also be used on desserts, if you need a sauce to use as a dessert topping, please also see our range of either 500ml or 1kg squeezable topping sauces which are designed for this purpose.
