Routin Caramel Flavouring Syrup (1 Litre Plastic Bottle)

This gorgeous Routin 1883 caramel syrup is presented in a 1 litre plastic (PET) bottle.

Philibert Routin 1883 gourmet syrups are famous throughout the world for their quality and flavour. Approved by the Vegetarian Society and certified Kosher, these syrups are also gluten and cholesterol free. A great range of accessories is also available including branded glasses, stirrers and syrup bottle stands.

This flavour will mix with both hot and cold milk. Average servings per litre are 125 shots when mixed with hot drinks, and 63 for cold drinks (based on an 8oz cup).

Cane sugar, water, flavouring, acidifier: citric acid, colouring: E150a.

Caramel Express

Ingredients
 
1/2 oz (1.5 cl) 1883 Pumpkin Spice syrup
1/2 oz (1.5 cl) 1883 Caramel syrup
1 oz (3 cl) espresso
7 oz (21 cl) milk
 
Instruction
 
Add the syrup to the milk and froth the mixture.
Pour the espresso into a glass and add the flavoured milk.
