Routin Pure Cane Sugar Syrup (1 Litre)

This gorgeous Routin 1883 pure cane sugar syrup is presented in a 1 litre glass bottle.

Philibert Routin 1883 gourmet syrups are famous throughout the world for their quality and flavour. Approved by the Vegetarian Society and certified Kosher, these syrups are also gluten and cholesterol free. A great range of accessories is also available including branded glasses, stirrers and syrup bottle stands.

This flavour will mix with both hot and cold milk. Average servings per litre are 125 shots when mixed with hot drinks, and 63 for cold drinks (based on an 8oz cup).

Ingredients
 
2/3 oz (2 cl) 1883 Pure Cane Sugar syrup
1 oz (3 cl) lemon juice
1 2/3 oz (5 cl) gin
3 1/3 oz (10 cl) sparkling water
One whole cherry
 
Instruction
 
Mix all the ingredients together in a 10 oz (30 cl) tumbler glass.
Top with sparkling water and garnish with the cherry.
