Making The Perfect Pot of Tea:

1 - Run the tap for a few seconds so the water is nicely aerated and ensure you use water that has only been boiled once. Repeatedly boiling the water reduces the oxygen level in the water which can adversely affect the flavour of your tea.
2 - Warm the teapot first by filling it with boiling water and then warm your tea cups using water from the pot.
3 - For a standard 4 cup pot, it's best to use two teabags. Pour your freshly boiled water into the pot, stir for a few seconds and then leave it to brew for about 5 minutes before serving.
