Sweetbird Yoghurt Frappe powder is a refreshing iced drink that both you and your customers will love - it's simple to prepare, tastes delicious and comes in a range of mouth watering flavours. Frappes are growing in popularity as they now appear in some of the largest coffee store chains such as Costa Coffee. Makes a great alternative to shakes and smoothies.

To make the perfect 12oz frappe, fill a cup with ice cubes and pour in 6oz (180ml) of cold milk (or fill half the cup). Transfer the contents of the cup to a blender with one scoop of this frappe mix. Blend until smooth and serve. Perfect!

Ingredients: Sugar, Maltodextrin, Dried skimmed milk, Dried yogurt (milk), Acid: citric acid, Natural flavouring.

Creamy Berry Burst:

• 1 scoop of Yoghurt frappe powder
• Raspberry and Blackcurrant smoothie
• Milk
• Ice

Fill a glass with ice, then halfway with smoothie. Then fill to 1cm from the top with milk. Pour the contents of the glass into a blender jug. Blend until smooth, then pour back into the glass. Serve immediately.
