Phillibert Routin 1883 white chocolate sauce is made in the French Alps and is the ultimate in white chocolate sauces. It is ideal for use in hot drinks, and makes gorgeous white hot chocolates. Try it with the Kool Kup Frappe and milk to make a delicious white chocolate milkshake or add some ice and blend it for a white chocolate frappe.

A great tip is to drizzle some into a glass before adding a hot or cold drink to provide an extra layer of rich chocolate flavour.

Please note that this sauce is for use primarily as a base for making hot drinks. Although it can also be used on desserts, if you need a sauce to use as a dessert topping, please also see our range of either 500ml or 1kg squeezable topping sauces which are designed for this purpose.
